Appeals court reverses judge's decision on murder witness testimony

A state appeals court says a judge was wrong to block testimony from a woman who claims she witnessed the killing of a Milwaukee man. The First District Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that the woman, Arnetta Childress, should be allowed to testify at Alexander Wiley's trial beginning in February.
