A state appeals court says a judge was wrong to block testimony from a woman who claims she witnessed the killing of a Milwaukee man.
The First District Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that the woman, Arnetta Childress, should be allowed to testify at Alexander Wiley's trial beginning in February. Wiley is charged with first-degree reckless homicide in the 2011 death of Darrin Moore.
