Billionaire case to go to Wisconsin Supreme Court

RACINE, Wis. (AP) -- Lawyers involved in the sexual assault case against Wisconsin billionaire Curt Johnson will argue before the Wisconsin Supreme Court in February. The Wisconsin Department of Justice filed an appeal with the state's highest court in May.
