Bus driver charged after passenger altercation

Temujin Kibo-Gue didn't like the way one Milwaukee County Transit System bus driver treated him. And the feeling was mutual. Kibo-Gue says the driver, Thomas Igl, always seemed to be harassing him when he tried to pay his student half-fare of $1.10. Igl says Kibo-Gue was always making excuses for not having his card, and antagonizing him with threats of getting him fired, exposing him on YouTube videos and lawsuits.
