Driver dies in snow related train crash

TOWN OF SOMMERS - The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department says a driver is dead after a crash that appears to be at least partly weather related in the Town of Sommers. Authorities say as the train approached a crossing at County Highway A, the Jeep didn't initially attempt to stop. It appears the driver realized too late that the gates were down. The driver hit the brakes, but slid 150 feet through a ditch and then back onto the tracks. Full Story: Today's TMJ4
