El Rey fire suspects could be charged Monday

Two 17-year-old boys are behind bars for allegedly starting a fire at the EL Rey grocery store. Milwaukee Police caught the suspects thanks to surveillance video. The store's manager says he's happy the culprits were caught, but that's not what he's focused on. Full Story: Today's TMJ4
