Family speaks out after Walworth County deputy kills inmate in hospital room

ELKHORN - Walworth County Sheriff David Graves said a deputy unshackled 18-year-old Alfredo Villarreal's leg from a hospital bed so the inmate could use the bathroom. Graves said that's when the inmate attacked. The sheriff said Villarreal punched and kicked the deputy in the face. Graves said his deputy tried to use a taser, but it did not work.
