Four men convicted in federal court of trafficking black bears

Four men were convicted Tuesday to trafficking of black bears that were illegally killed in Wisconsin. The men were identified as John J. Kellogg, 48 of Gillett, Christopher Halfmann. 41 of Green Bay, Michael Renken, 53 of Merrill, and Mark Barlament, 53 of Mint Hill, North Carolina. Full Story: Today's TMJ4
