GREENDALE - An unusually high number of pertussis cases in Greendale has parents concerned.
"It's a concern," said Bob Rome. "Obviously with being as contagious as it can be."
Greendale Health Officer Susan Shepeard noted that the city averages 15 cases of pertussis, also known as whooping cough, per year. Greendale has already seen 45 since January 1, 2012.
