Kenosha Police investigate use of stun gun during arrest

KENOSHA - Officials have begun an internal investigation into an officer seen on camera, apparently using a stun gun to take control of a situation. The Police and Fire Commission met Tuesday behind closed doors to determine if that officer followed policy. Full Story: Today's TMJ4
