WAUWATOSA - The Wauwatosa Peace Officer's Association set up a memorial fund Wednesday to cover funeral expenses for officer Jennifer Sebena, who was shot to death while on duty early Monday morning.
"This senseless tragedy has deeply affected us all," The Association said in a news release announcing the establishment of the fund at all Focus Credit Union branches.
