Two teens allegedly involved in El Rey fire charged with arson

MILWAUKEE - Two Milwaukee teenagers have been arrested for starting the fire that led to significant damage the El Rey market on Jan. 3, 2013. According to the criminal complaint, Alexander J. Karsten, 17 of Milwaukee, and Miguel Rubio, 18 of Milwaukee, allegedly started a fire in the "enclosure which housed grocery carts."
