Underground explosion near Pfister Hotel leads to investigation, hotels adjusting

MILWAUKEE - Crews spent Monday investigating an explosion that happened in front of the historic Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee. The underground blast created a 15-foot hole in the ground.
