Waukesha County oil recycling plant to pay $140,000 in fines

BUTLER, Wis. (AP) -- An oil recycling facility in Waukesha County will pay $140,000 in fines to the state for 11 violations of Wisconsin hazardous waste laws. Attorney General J.B.
