Woman charged with homicide after SUV kills pedestrian

A Milwaukee-area woman whose SUV struck and killed a pedestrian last autumn has been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle. Prosecutors said Monday that 31-year-old Josephine E. Sardina was reading a text message around the moment of the collision. They also say she had marijuana's active ingredient in her system. Full Story: Today's TMJ4
