Woman upset over homeless mess on Milwaukee's southside

There is a problem growing on Milwaukee's southside - over the homeless. A woman who lives near St. Vincent de Paul says the homeless have no place to use the restroom and are going in public, including on her property and the alley behind her home. Full Story: Today's TMJ4
